Service Description
Your academic journey doesn't just end when your plan is created. The Continued Journey provides ongoing support for returning students who want guidance as new questions, decisions, and opportunities arise. Whether you're choosing courses, considering a new area of study, adjusting your academic plan, or simply need help deciding what comes next, you'll have personalized support along the way. This service is available exclusively to returning clients who have previously completed the starting point or The Personalized Pathway.
Cancellation Policy
For services requiring a deposit, all deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the total cost of your service. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, your session may be canceled. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled; however, deposits remain nonrefundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If an unexpected emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Custom-priced services may have additional payment terms based on the agreed-upon scope of services. These terms will be provided before work begins.
