Service Description
A focused 60-minute virtual consultation designed to help students and families work through a specific academic, college-planning, or educational concern and identify clear next steps. Your session includes a pre-consultation intake questionnaire, limited review of relevant information or documents submitted in advance, a personalized conversation focused on your questions and concerns, general recommendations and suggested next steps, and a brief written recap following the consultation. Perfect for families who need clarity, direction, or a starting point before deciding whether more comprehensive support is needed.
Cancellation Policy
For services requiring a deposit, all deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the total cost of your service. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, your session may be canceled. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled; however, deposits remain nonrefundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If an unexpected emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Custom-priced services may have additional payment terms based on the agreed-upon scope of services. These terms will be provided before work begins.
