5. Services Involving Minors
A parent or legal guardian should book and authorize services for a client under the age of 18 when appropriate.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and for participating in decisions when necessary.
Pathways Made Possible may communicate directly with a minor student as reasonably necessary to provide the booked service when authorized by the parent or legal guardian.
6. Booking and Payment
Appointments and services are subject to availability.
Prices and payment requirements will be displayed at the time of booking or otherwise communicated to the client. Payment may be required in full or according to the payment terms provided for the selected service.
Services will not begin until any required payment and requested information have been received.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the service booked. Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable booking and cancellation policies before completing a reservation.

8. Refunds
Because services may involve reserved appointment time, preparation, research, planning, or customized work, payments may become non-refundable once work has begun.
Any refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances, the service purchased, the amount of work already completed, and the applicable booking or service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications related to their appointments and services.
Pathways Made Possible may communicate with clients through email, telephone, text message, website forms, or other agreed-upon methods.
